WRK digital is delighted to be actively recruiting for an IT Director on behalf of Professional Services firm based in Derby.

Our Private Equity backed client is looking for an experienced IT Director on a permanent basis, you will be an instrumental part of the future of our client.

You will need to have the following skills & experience of

- writing and executing a 5 year strategy to fit with transformation and growth plans

- leading a small IT team of 3 with growth plans for the team

- managing 3rd party suppliers

- experience of integrating disparate systems - preparing a plan & executing

The successful candidate will have worked in a multi-site business. You will be commercially minded as you will create a strategy that optimises business effectiveness and hit targets. You will have excellent communication skills and be happy working in an environment where colleagues are empowered to voice their opinions, working as a team, with minimal hierarchy. At the heart of this organisation is a huge amount of data and the security of this is paramount. You will have worked for a similar business and understand the importance of this.

Our client is hugely collaborative - you must be willing to be on-site 5 days per week if possible. Their best work happens when they are together!
