Structures Foreman - Rail & Civil Engineering
Start Date: July | Locations: Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall

We are currently seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join our team for upcoming works starting in July. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a variety of rail and civils projects, including structural strengthening, masonry repairs, and FRC works.

Key Requirements:

*

SMSTS certification.

*

3-Day First Aid at Work qualification.

*

CSCS Gold Card (NVQ Level 4 minimum).

*

Basic Scaffold Inspection qualification.

*

Temporary Works Supervisor.

*

Lift Supervisor certification.

*

NRSWA Supervisor.

*

PTS essential; COSS desirable but not mandatory.

*

Fully IT literate - capable of using Outlook, Word, Excel, and site reporting apps on tablet.

*

Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no DR convictions).

Experience Required:

*

Minimum 5+ years in a Foreman role.

*

5+ years working in a rail environment.

*

Proven background in structural works, including:

*

Steel strengthening

*

Grit blasting and painting

*

Masonry repair

*

Structural reconstructions

*

FRC (Fibre Reinforced Concrete)

*

Prior experience working on a rail framework is highly desirable.

Additional Info:

Night and weekend work required.

*

Candidates must be willing to work away from home across Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon, and Cornwall.
