Highly accredited firm in the West Midlands seeks a talented Childcare Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilful lawyer to join our client’s established practice in West Bromwich. The successful applicant will handle a complex and challenging caseload of childcare matters, whilst working well under tight deadlines and providing high quality representation to parties.


• Privately and publicly funded cases

• Child protection

• Child arrangement orders

• Children Act applications

• Court proceedings

• Care and supervision orders

• Maintenance

• Enforcement

• Emergency applications

The Candidate

• Newly qualified solicitors and legal executives

• Confidently manage your own caseload

• Have a personable and empathetic approach to work

• Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language

• Work efficiently as part of a team and individually
