About the Role and Client:
Our client, a respected manufacturing company, seeks a skilled

Purchasing Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of quality materials, products, and services. You'll lead the purchasing department, ensuring timely delivery to support production plans and business needs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute purchasing strategies, including cost reduction initiatives.

* Track and report KPIs to improve effectiveness and vendor performance.

* Negotiate contracts and assess supplier suitability through audits and visits.

* Manage supply agreements and maintain strong supplier relationships.

* Oversee SAP data accuracy and materials requirement planning.

* Collaborate on risk management strategies for supply chain constraints.

Candidate Requirements:

* CIPS qualification preferred.
