Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary: £15.29 per hour

Schedule: 4-on, 4-off day shift (7am - 7pm)

The Role: What You Will Do

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your precision and organisational skills are paramount:

  • Product Intake & Logging: Accurately receive, systematically unpack, and log all returned medical products into our specialised internal computer systems.
  • Maintain Digital Integrity: Take ownership of maintaining precise, audit-ready digital records of all incoming items and their initial investigative details.
  • Operational Excellence: Work seamlessly within the team to ensure an efficient, clockwork-like flow of operations.
  • Quality Feedback: Proactively identify and flag any recurring issues, trends, or anomalies with returned products to management, contributing actively to continuous departmental process improvement.

About You: What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: A highly methodical and precise approach to your work is essential.
  • IT Fluency: Solid basic IT skills and confidence in accurately using computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Foundation: Minimum of a secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

No prior medical or logistics experience is required! Full, comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
