What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Managers and Directors in delivering audits to a high standard, ensuring compliance and risk considerations are met.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing clear, accurate advice.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, including feedback, appraisals and on-the-job training – with opportunities to lead small teams.
• Delivering accurate information to clients, ensuring controls are in place to meet audit standards and regulations.
• Reviewing processes, identifying improvements, and encouraging a culture of continuous development.
• Staying up to date with technical standards, tax regulations, and industry developments to support ongoing learning and personal growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Newly or partly ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong interest in audit.
• Experience across a variety of audit cases, with solid knowledge of standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• A proactive approach, with excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Someone adaptable, open to new approaches, and motivated to contribute to wider firm initiatives – including community and volunteering opportunities.
