Description

• Process high volume payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management review.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure proper deductions for pensions, taxes, and other contributions.
• Support the implementation of payroll system updates and improvements.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

• Experience in payroll processing, ideally large payrolls on fortnightly, weekly and monthly.
• Proficiency in payroll software packages and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and employees.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Offer
