This position is with a growing Managed Services provider located in McKinney, TX. We are looking for a Technical Support Representative, Tier 1, that will be working as front-line support, answering the telephone and providing excellent customer service.
Important: This position will be answering phones and representing our professional appearance for an overnight shift. It is imperative that the candidate have experience with customer service and understand the importance of a positive attitude and disposition. There is a zero tolerance policy for poor attitude and customer service in this position. Do not apply for this position if you know that you cannot complete this requirement.
Requirements include -
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Working with users exclusively over the telephone to resolve issues.
- Experience working in a desktop support position, at least 1 year.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and other Email Systems
- Remediation of printer problems,
- Ability to stabilize a situation with a customer and demonstrate proficiency, even though you might not know the answer when the problem is presented.
- Demonstrated ability to take the lead and do whatever it takes to produce a satisfied customer. Languages - - Proficient English is required. - Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
On the Job Experience -
- Experience answering a business telephone system, placing calls on hold, transferring calls, etc.
- Experience providing first point of contact over the telephone for customers.
- Experience providing customer satisfaction follow up calls to assemble reporting.
Compensation - This position offers a base salary of $2200 per month, plus overtime if applicable. This position is ONLY suitable for a self-started and self-motivated individual. You should have experience working at a technical support helpdesk to be eligible for this position. Reliable transportation required. Background check and drug screen will be required prior to employment.
