DCT Recruitment is currently looking for 20 experienced and reliable Steel Assembly to join a large-scale industrial project at Shotton Mill in Deeside. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the installation of metal structures in a major paper production facility.
You will be working in teams of 4, assembling and securing metal frameworks around paper production machinery. The role involves working in a fast-paced industrial environment, where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Role:
• Installation and fitting of metal framework structures
• Working in close proximity to large industrial machinery
• Using tools such as screwdrivers, power drills, sealant guns, and silicone to complete installations
• Following site plans and safety procedures accurately
• Collaborating effectively with your team and site supervisors

Required:
• Proven experience in metal fitting or structural installation
• Ability to read basic technical drawings or follow fitting instructions
• Valid CSCS card - essential
• Strong awareness of health & safety on construction or industrial sites
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as required

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: Day shift: 07:00 - 19:00 ,Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (1h unpaid break )

Saturday: 07:00 - 15:30 (30min unpaid break )

Rate: £16.25ph CIS
