As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

Monitoring and assessing pupil progress regularly, using assessment data to inform your teaching.

Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning.

Supporting pupil's personal, social, and emotional development alongside their academic progress.

Collaborating closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and leadership, to ensure pupils receive appropriate support.

Building strong relationships with parents and carers, communicating effectively about pupil progress and well being.

Participating actively in whole-school initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
