As Registered Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the service—leading the team, ensuring compliance and quality, and shaping a supportive environment where residents and staff can thrive.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a specialist or complex needs setting
  • A strong understanding of regulations and best practices
  • A warm, confident, and proactive leadership style
  • Commitment to person-led care and support for adults with autism
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
