What You’ll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a specialist or complex needs setting
- A strong understanding of regulations and best practices
- A warm, confident, and proactive leadership style
- Commitment to person-led care and support for adults with autism
- Excellent organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

- Inspire, support, and develop the team to provide consistently high-quality care
