A leading independent planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Planner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from high-density urban developments to strategic land and regeneration schemes.

Responsibilities

* Preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documents

* Drafting planning statements, appeal documents, and site appraisals

* Undertaking policy and site research

* Attending client meetings and liaising with local authorities

* Supporting senior planners on strategy and project delivery

Requirements

* Relevant experience in similar role

* RTPI-accredited planning degree

* Ideally working towards or recently achieved MRTPI status

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Full UK driving license
