CityTalk Group is looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive / Appointment Maker to join our team in Aylesbury. If you've got 1-2 years of cold calling experience and want to work smarter, not longer - this is the role for you.

You'll be booking appointments for our field sales team, working 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday - earning a full-time salary starting from £25K + bonus.

🔎 What You'll Be Doing:
📞 Making outbound B2B cold calls to UK companies
📅 Booking qualified appointments for our field sales reps
💬 Speaking with decision-makers and building interest
💻 Updating the CRM with lead and call info
🎯 Working toward achievable call and meeting targets

✅ 1-2 years of telesales or cold calling experience
🎤 Confident and professional phone manner
