About the Role
You'll be stepping in to support learners during staff absence, delivering pre‑planned lessons and helping students stay on track with their studies. Teaching will include 16-19 learners and adult students, across a range of study programmes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging Maths or English lessons (GCSE and/or Functional Skills).
- Following existing schemes of work and adapting resources where needed.
- Managing a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured learning environment.
- Supporting learners of varying abilities to remain engaged and confident.
- Maintaining safeguarding and classroom standards at all times.
