Our client, a national logistics company based in Gloucester, are looking for an experienced admin assistant to join their team.

Experience in a busy office environment is essential.

• Monday-Friday
• 09:00-17:00
• £12.88 per hour

• Monitoring & reconciling automated payments for our "self employed" drivers
• Administering stocks of uniforms and stationery
• Carrying out Driver Licence and Forklift Truck certificate checks
• Administering fuel stocks and orders
• Carrying out local operational quality audits and maintaining operational reports
• Maintaining vehicle records, keys, service schedule and defect/repairs register
• Stock checking
• Answering queries by telephone and email.

Location is easily reachable from the the city centre.
