You’ll be the go-to finance expert, keeping the numbers in check, helping the business make smart decisions, and getting involved in everything from audits to cash flow, stock, and forecasting. Travel, collaboration, and variety are all part of the package — this isn’t your standard number-crunching role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning month-end: journals, accruals, prepayments, FX and intercompany
• Preparing monthly & quarterly accounts and supporting consolidated reporting
• Delivering cashflow forecasts, sales reporting and margin analysis
• Managing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining clean controls
• Handling VAT returns and supporting audits
• Partnering with non-finance teams to drive performance and cost control
• Monitoring stock, costing and inventory efficiency
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) – essential
• 3-5 years’ experience in financial or management accounting
• Strong technical grounding (journals, reconciliations, VAT)
• Experience with intercompany and cross-charges (nice to have)
• Confident Excel user (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with SAGE 200 or similar systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to hit deadlines
• Great communicator — able to work with non-finance stakeholders
