What You’ll Need

• Registered Home Manager experience in a nursing home setting
• Nurse qualified with active NMC registration or Level 5 Health and Social Care
• Strong track record with CQC inspections and compliance
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Ability to manage operations independently

• Experience working with older adults in a person-centred care environment
