Logistics Co-Ordinator

Salary: £25k-£28k FTE

Hours: Flexible – part-time or full-time (min. 28 hours/week)

Join a friendly, import business with offices in the UK, India and China. Based in Ipswich, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Co-Ordinator to support our Financial Controller and keep operations running smoothly.

This role offers flexibility and the Logistics Co-Ordinator will be required to work a minimum of 28 hours per week with hours that can be arranged to suit your schedule— would be ideal for someone managing school drop-offs or other commitments.

What you’ll do as the Logistics Co-Ordinator:

• Coordinate transport logistics and liaise with shipping agents and carriers
• Track vessel arrivals and update schedules
• Communicate with customers and forwarders
• Handle documentation and general office admin
• Input data accurately
