In this role, you will deliver both practical and theory-based training for F-Gas and ODS regulations. You will teach learners from a range of backgrounds, guiding them through legislation, environmental impact, and hands-on skills such as refrigerant handling, leak detection, and system maintenance. You will also assess learners, ensuring they meet the required standards for certification.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer with a Level 3 F-Gas certification and strong industry experience. Teaching and assessing qualifications are desirable but not essential, as full training and support can be provided.

The Role:

• Deliver F-Gas and refrigeration training (theory and practical)
• Assess learners working towards F-Gas certification (Category 1 to 4)
• Support learners with both technical knowledge and practical skills
• Maintain workshop standards, equipment, and health and safety compliance
• Full training and ongoing CPD provided

The Person:

• Qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Holds F-Gas Category 1 certification
• Industry experience within HVAC or refrigeration
• Keen to move into a training and education role
