Experienced Design Coordinator to be site based in the heart of Mayfair.

Our client is a renowned construction firm celebrated for delivering exquisite and high-end residential projects. Project:

* A prestigious new landmark address in Mayfair, involving collaboration between renowned architects, interior designers, and artisans.

* £40m luxury residential fit-out.

Design Coordinators role:

* Design Management: The Design Coordinator will oversee the conception and issuance of all design activities aligned with the outbound requirements for the production of interior elements in the construction project.

* Information Systems: Ensure information systems within the project unit serve the purposes of the design team and other stakeholders effectively.

* Collaboration: The Design Coordinator will work closely with production and commercial units to ensure designs are robust, cost-effective, and fit for purpose.

* Deadline Adherence: Manage and adhere to tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of design outputs.

* Software Proficiency: Utilise AutoCAD, design software, and Microsoft Office Suite efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Experience:

* Proven experience as a Design Coordinator, ideally on prime residential schemes.

* Strong background in luxury residential projects.

* Skills:

* Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.

* Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail.

* Personal Attributes:

* Ability to work to tight deadlines.

* Strong collaboration and communication skills.

* Location: Must have an easy commute to the West End of London.

Qualifications:

* Relevant qualifications in design, architecture, or a related field.
