As a Temporary Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure efficient administrative processes and contribute to the smooth running of the organisations. You must be immediately available to start work for a short term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate records, organise files, and assist with document preparation, take high level minutes
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders
  • Database Management: Update and maintain our donor and supporter databases.
  • General Office Duties: Answer phone calls, manage calendars, and handle office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally within the charity or nonprofit sector.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
