Overview:

Based out of our Poole Office, we're looking for a Benefits and Payroll Administrator. You'll be joining a team of friendly and supportive professionals who are responsible for managing the entire Human Resources lifecycle from start to finish.

someone with an excellent work ethic, who's flexible and keen to learn and we can support you with a career in Human Resources.

Role:

* Support with the design and implementation of a new salary sacrifice benefit to complement and enhance our current Total Reward offering.

* Responsible for the daily management of the Benefits Platform and acting as the main point of contact between our providers and payroll.

* Taking ownership for all daily benefit related administrative activities including monthly benefit related payroll checks.

* Be a first level support, providing guidance to our managers and employees on Benefits and payroll related queries.

* Support the improvement and efficiency of all HR Operational processes.

* Ensuring change control processes are followed for technical resolutions, taking ownership to ensure end to end resolution of any issues

* Support the wider HR Operational Team as required with queries and small scale projects.

Experience & Skills:

* You have a strong understanding of payroll processes, including the basics of monthly payroll checks.

* You have knowledge of supporting or leading on the implementation of salary sacrifice benefits

* You have strong IT kills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other databases or software

* You have experience of managing a small scale project

* You're very organised and able to prioritise workload to achieve objectives with minimal supervision

* You're a great problem solver and thrive on being able to fix things

* You enjoy multitasking, learning new activities and pick up new tasks confidently and easily

* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage requests and queries

* You're discreet and can operate in a confidential environment when needed
