Our client is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team.
The role will be to provide support to the Head of Sales and the wider Customer Service Team to drive sales forward.
- Provide support and motivate the customer service team to upsell
- Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone and email
- Gather and document customer information, purchases and reactions to products
- Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products
- Answer customers' questions and queries on products
- Dealing with existing and prospective customers
- Order processing via phone and email
- Handle problem and supporting your team
- Deal with administration and account management
- Updating company database
- Up selling to new and existing customers
- Any other ad hoc duties
You will need to have a sales background along with excellent communication skills . Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential.
