Tech Lead - Contract - £525 /day - Bristol / South West (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join a high-performing team on a long-term contract, running until December 2026 (with potential extension to April 2027). This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team of 7 engineers through complex technical challenges, shaping both delivery and culture.

Location: South West / Bristol (onsite once every other week)

Rate: £525/day (Inside IR35)

Clearance: Basic SC Clearance required

The Role

As Tech Lead, you'll:

Provide technical direction and mentorship, helping the team break down complex challenges into achievable tasks.
Drive continuous improvements across processes, system documentation, and developer experience.
Deliver clear and constructive feedback to foster team and individual growth.
Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Remain hands-on technically, ensuring strong decisions are made and delivered effectively.
