Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat/Sun: 7am-6pm
Wed/Thurs: 7am-6:30pm

We're looking for a Production Shift Manager to join our high-performing team — someone who's passionate about leading people, driving performance, and delivering top-quality products in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

🧑‍🏭 What you'll do:

* Lead production, engineering, and warehouse teams to meet daily operational targets.

* Monitor lines and equipment for performance and efficiency.

* Champion health & safety and ensure full regulatory compliance.

* Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and quality issues.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive “Right First Time” culture.

* Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.

* Conduct performance reviews, coordinate training, and identify potential.

* Support third-party and customer audits (e.g. BRC).

* Maintain adherence to SOPs, product quality, and documentation standards.

* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing (ideally food production).

* A strong leader who can inspire teams, solve problems, and get results.

* Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills.

* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
