Key Responsibilities:

* Perform reactive and planned maintenance on the site's mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.

* Maintain accurate records of all reactive and remedial tasks via the CAFM system.

* Diagnose, organise, and carry out remedial repairs, ensuring tasks are owned and completed from start to finish.

* Identify required materials and arrange procurement through approved suppliers.

What We Need From You

Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.

* Experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance in a building services environment.

* Willingness to support other trades and work as part of a team where needed.

* Full UK Driving license.
