Childcare and Family Law Head of Department , Southampton

The role is for a Head of Department  leading a small team and handling a mixed caseload  of public law children, care proceedings, private children matters, and wider family law issues such as divorce, domestic abuse, and financial remedies.

You will have upwards of 3 years PQE and be open to both publicly and privately funded matters. 

You should possess strong advocacy skills and experience handling complex, sensitive matters, often involving children and vulnerable parties.

You will benefit from using an excellent case management system and a collaborative working environment .
