Day Shift Healthcare Assistant – £13 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time
Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care | Nursing, Dementia & Residential Care | No Sponsorship Available

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care throughout the day. From supporting daily routines to building genuine, caring relationships with residents, you’ll help make each day as comfortable, dignified, and enriching as possible.

What They’re Looking For

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience working in a care setting (essential)
  • A kind, respectful and proactive approach to care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time day shifts
  • The right to work in the UK (Tier 2 sponsorship not available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care, mobility, and day-to-day activities
  • Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing in all interactions
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional health
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and nurses to deliver tailored care
  • Encourage and support engagement in activities and social interaction
  • Keep clear and accurate care documentation
  • Communicate with residents’ families with empathy and professionalism
