Our client is an award-winning Employee Benefit Consultancy and Chartered Financial Planner. Established over 25 years ago, the Corporate side of the business is now keen to hire an Associate Employee Benefit Consultant to join its rapidly expanding EB team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Associate Employee Benefit Consultant’s key duties will include:
- Assisting the Employee Benefit Consultant manage an employee benefit portfolio of corporate clients
- Helping to promote the value of employee benefit schemes to existing corporate clients and their employees
- Building meaningful and lasting business relationships with the corporate clients and employees
- Completing any relevant or ad hoc administrative duties
- Drafting marketing and communication messaging to promote the services the company has to offer
- Undertaking any relevant exams such as the CII Diploma in Financial Planning, IF7 and GR1
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates interested in the Associate Employee Benefit Consultant vacancy will need the following criteria:
- UK pensions experience.
- Core Employee Benefits knowledge and experience (Group Risk and Healthcare ideal).
- Keen to become CII Level 4 qualified.
- Possess strong presentation and marketing skills.
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the Associate Employee Benefit Consultant vacancy is as follows:
- Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
