CAD & Revit Technician MEP - (Building Services Design)

This role is to join a friendly and professional engineering consultancy where you will become a part of a close-knit design team. You will be working alongside engineers, specialising in the design of mechanical and electrical services across the built environment.

You will be working on some high-profile projects including highly technical data centre designs. You'll be joining a company who work with leading architects, designers and contractors and have an excellent reputation for delivery, quality and reliability of their services.

The Role

* Create and modify detailed CAD drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.

* Collaborating with the MEP design team to deliver quality BIM projects to agreed deadlines.

* Follow industry drafting standards and ensure high-quality, accurate work.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to facilitate designs.

* Assist in managing and organizing CAD files and project documentation.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

* Working directly with the engineers you will able to manage & priorities you own workload.

The Person

* Proficiency and experience in both AutoCAD and Revit within the building services sector

* Strong knowledge of BIM principles and the ability to work within a BIM environment.

* Attention to detail.

* A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members
