Now part of a wider engineering group with nearly 300 employees, the company is expanding and looking to grow their welding team with highly skilled professionals.

🔧 The Role:

You'll be working on high-integrity fabrications, performing welds that are subject to 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) and other NDT methods. Projects involve a wide variety of materials and follow strict procedures and quality standards.

✅ Requirements:

*

Time-served Welder with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Welding & Fabrication

*

Strong experience in TIG root and MMA (Inconel stick welding is essential)

*

Comfortable interpreting detailed drawings, SOPs, and weld procedures

*

Experience working with Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Aluminium, Titanium

*

⏰ Hours & Pay:

Standard Dayshift:

*

Mon-Thurs: 07:30-16:00

*

Fri: 07:30-13:30

Shift Options (flexible):

*

Dayshift: Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:30, Fri 06:00-12:00

*

Nightshift: Mon-Thurs 18:00-03:30

💷 Pay:

*

Day Shift - £18.89 to £21.25 DOE

*

Night Shift - £22.68 to £25.51 DOE (increasing to £23.43 to £26.26 in 2026)

*

Overtime available
