Job Title: Revit MEP CoordinatorLocation: Dartford (Hybrid - 2-3 days office/site-based)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe're supporting a growing M&E consultancy based in Dartford who are looking to bring on an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator. This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity for someone who thrives in a technically demanding environment and wants to play a key role in the design and coordination of large-scale building services projects.You'll lead the MEP modelling and coordination efforts across multiple high-profile projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.Key Responsibilities*Lead the creation and coordination of MEP models using Revit*Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other BIM tools*Work closely with engineers, architects, and design teams to integrate services effectively*Maintain internal BIM standards and protocols, ensuring best practices are followed*Produce clear, accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation*Attend project and design meetings, contributing to coordination and problem-solving discussions*Support and mentor junior staff, providing training on tools and workflows*Ensure compliance with BIM Level 2 standards, building regulations, and client specificationsWhat We're Looking For*Proven experience in MEP coordination with Revit on complex building services projects*Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection*Understanding of BIM Level 2 processes, standards, and workflows*Technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design*Confident communicator who works well across project teams*Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem-solving*Able to manage deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables under pressureThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to step into a progressive role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
