NOW HIRING: POTATO GRADERS

Location: Elsham Wold Industrial Estate, North Lincolnshire

Job Type: Full‑time / Seasonal roles available

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours: 6:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join our team as Potato Graders at our busy site on Elsham Wold Industrial Estate. This is a hands-on role involving produce grading, housekeeping, and general site support.

Key Responsibilities

Sorting and grading potatoes by size and quality
Identifying and removing damaged or unsuitable produce
General tidying of the grading area, including:
Sweeping floors
Shovelling and clearing away old or waste potatoes
Keeping walkways and workstations clear
Building crates and containers for potato storage and transport
Heavy lifting as required
Working efficiently as part of a fast‑paced production team
Maintaining safe working practices

Requirements

Good attention to detail
Able to stand for extended periods
Physically able to carry out heavy lifting
Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in
Team‑focused attitude
Comfortable working in a production environment
Must be able to drive to access the site (no public transport available)
