We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee 3-4 supported living services for young people aged 16-18 years. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support teams across multiple services.

*

Ensure high-quality care and support in line with organisational policies and Ofsted/Local Authority standards.

*

Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and rota management.

*

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with young people, families, and external professionals.

*

Ensure services meet safeguarding and compliance requirements.

*

Promote independence, personal development, and well-being for all young people in your care.

Requirements:

*

Experience managing or supervising supported living or residential services (preferably with young people).

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

*

Good understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards.

*

A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent (Level 3 or above desirable).

*

Full UK driving licence preferred.
