🔧 Your Role:

As the Shift Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations of engineering services across a mission-critical data centre. You'll lead a team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring compliance, safety, and performance across all technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of shift engineers
Manage the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
Ensure high standards of health & safety, risk management, and compliance
Respond swiftly and effectively to critical incidents and faults
Oversee contractor activity and enforce safe systems of work
Maintain accurate site records and operational documentation
Conduct shift handovers and ensure seamless team communication
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence
🎯 What We're Looking For:

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3)
18th Edition certified
HV Authorised or strong HV/LV experience preferred
Proven experience in a critical or commercial building services environment
Strong understanding of UPS, Generators, HVAC, and BMS systems
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Experience working in a 24/7 engineering environment
