Job Title:  Administrator (Bids & Tenders)
Salary:  Circa £25,000 per annum
Location:  Edinburgh City Centre (preferred), however, would consider candidates who prefer to work in Glasgow City Centre - Hybrid Working Available

Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives on detail and enjoys supporting busy teams? We're looking for an Administrator to join the Bids & Tenders team of a leading Scottish based organisation.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to grow into a specialist area, with full training provided and scope for career progression.

The Role
Reporting to the Tenders Manager, you'll play a vital part in supporting the preparation and submission of tenders, as well as providing wider administrative support to the team. No two days will be the same, you'll be keeping inboxes organised, scheduling meetings, formatting documents, and making sure everything is ready to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the Tenders Mailbox, circulating opportunities to the team in the correct format.
Arrange and attend kick-off meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
Support with tender documents, response templates, and database updates.
Format documents to meet brand standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Provide general administrative support, including printing, binding, courier arrangements, and portal logins.
Assist with presentation preparation for interviews.
Liaise with colleagues across the business to gather information.
Support framework reporting and help with wider public sector administration tasks where needed.About You
Strong administrative experience, ideally in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
An eye for detail and confident with document formatting.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Positive, proactive, and keen to learn.
Experience in bids/tenders or procurement is advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
