TPI Sales Manager

£40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

We're supporting a well-established business energy support services provider to appoint a TPI Sales Manager.

This is a high-impact role for someone able to quickly take ownership and deliver impact, leading a key revenue channel through a period of change.

The Role

Own revenue, margin and performance across the TPI (broker) channel
Lead and develop sales teams across account management, new business and pricing
Manage key broker relationships and drive commercial growth
Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting and overall performance What We're Looking For

Experience within TPI / broker / intermediary sales models
Strong sales leadership with ownership of targets
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Confident engaging at senior / C-suite level
