My client, a leading estate agency in Greenwich, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in property sales within one of London's most desirable locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify incoming property enquiries from potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective purchasers
- Build rapport with buyers and understand their specific requirements
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Progress sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with all parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
- Maintain accurate records on their CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates
- Contribute to team targets and participate in office initiatives
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency or property sales preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service focus with a professional approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence & own car
- Flexibility to work alternate Saturdays
