We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated leader to oversee the daily operations of our clients homecare services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional care that meets all regulatory standards and maintains their Good CQC rating.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire our care team, promoting professional growth and a positive, supportive work environment.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of personalised care plans that reflect each service user’s unique needs and uphold best practice standards.
• Ensure full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, safeguarding procedures, and all relevant legislation.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
• Manage the financial performance of the service, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care setting
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations, with a proven track record of maintaining positive CQC ratings
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with the confidence to inspire, motivate, and manage a dedicated team
