Your Role As Junior Quantity Surveyor will Include:* Prepare, measure and build cost estimates, plans and tender documentation * Manage budgets, reporting, and forecasting * Ensure compliance within industry regulations

The Successful Junior Quantity Surveyor will have:* 2 years+ Qualified experience within built environment * RICS / Quantity Surveying Degree + Chartership (Preferred but not essential) * Full right to work in UK and clean Driving License * Live commutable to Chorley
