MEP Technical Design Manager required to work on a complex live large-scale project across the South West Region. This M&E Design Manager must ensure that solutions are compliant, coordinated, and aligned with programme, budget, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage MEP design across delivery and commissioning

* Coordinate consultants and subcontractors

* Control and track design changes

* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

* Support buildability, commissioning, and handover

* Monitor design progress, risks, and performance

* Act as key point of contact for stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven MEP Design Manager experience

* Strong background in live project environments

* Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

* Experience managing consultants and subcontractors

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
