• Strong, hands-on experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Warm, nurturing personality with a genuine passion for child development

Early Years Senior Practitioner - Level 3

• Strong background in an Early Years senior role
• Confident supporting staff and contributing to planning
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional early education
• Driving licence required

Akrotiri

Room Leader

• Level 3 qualification essential
• Previous room leadership experience desirable
• Confident in leading, mentoring and supporting high-quality practice

Wrap-Around Care Practitioner

• Level 3 qualification essential
• Provide before- and after-school care
• Support during PPA time throughout the day
• Create a fun, engaging and nurturing environment
• Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities
• Support children’s social, emotional and developmental needs

Level 3 Early Years Practitioners (x2)

• One role requires Baby Room experience
• Level 3 qualification essential
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
