Shift Production Manager - Food Manufacturing

Reports to: Operations Manager

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for food manufacturing? We're looking for an experienced Operations Shift Manager to join the Operations team and make a real impact on the factory floor.

This is a key role responsible for safe, efficient, and high-quality production, leading your team to deliver results while driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, organise, and motivate production teams to achieve daily and weekly targets within budget.

* Prioritise health, safety, and food safety, ensuring full compliance at all times.

* Use root cause analysis and problem-solving tools to resolve recurring production issues.

* Plan labour and production effectively to ensure smooth operations.

* Support NPD trials and help bring new products to market.

* Coach and develop your team, conducting reviews to support growth and engagement.

* Manage attendance, performance, and communication across your shift.

* Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to maintain high standards and resolve issues quickly.
