Building Services Manager

Job Summary:

The Building Services Manager will report to the Project Manager or Project Lead and will have overall responsibility for the management, planning, and operational aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services on construction projects, working closely with the site-based building services manager at each location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to quality systems and processes in line with standard operating procedures.

Provide leadership to site teams, fostering the right skills, culture, and morale.

Ensure project management processes and systems are efficient, robust, and consistent.

Serve as the main point of contact with clients and their professional teams regarding MEP systems.

Promote company values and principles across the team.

Encourage the use and adoption of project management software and digital tools across all project team members.
