Are you an experienced Payroll professional who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business where accuracy, organisation and confidentiality are at the heart of what you do. You’ll play a key part in keeping payroll operations running smoothly across multiple UK and European sites.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the processing of several UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Acting as the main point of contact for third-party payroll agents across Europe
• Maintaining up-to-date time and attendance data for multiple sites
• Preparing month-end accruals and internal payroll reports
• Handling P11Ds, P46 car submissions and other statutory documentation
• Ordering payroll stationery (payslips, P60s etc.)
• Raising purchase orders for payroll-related items (e.g., childcare vouchers)
• Ensuring strict data confidentiality at all times

About you

• Previous UK payroll experience is essential
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to process and analyse data accurately
• Understanding of auto-enrolment rules
• Experience within manufacturing or working with shift patterns is desirable
• Highly organised, reliable and self-motivated with excellent time-keeping
• Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive approach and commitment to doing things right the first time
