Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Production of management accounts – P&L, balancesheet, cost of sales, margin analysis and CAPEX
• Reporting on variances and providing commentary alongside accounts
• Intercompany and balancesheet reconciliations
• Inventory reporting, circa £4m
• Month end journal postings, accruals and prepayments
• Accurate calculation and forecasting for depreciating assets
• Support across a range of internal projects

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Management Accountant / Commercial Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager / Finance Analyst / Assistant Management Accountant
• Experience within a manufacturing business would be beneficial
• Strong working knowledge of Excel – intermediate to advanced
• A desire to develop and grow in the role and get involved with new projects and tasks
