Job Description

Inside Sales Account Manager

A customer focused business development role with an emphasis on world class customer service and strategic business development consistent with company growth and financial targets. Must be able to balance customer satisfaction and company financial goals and growth targets while maintaining a close understanding of the territory, our representation, end users, market trends, the competitive landscape, and more. Manage and support territory lighting sales reps and help identify opportunities for growth including new opportunities, new product needs, strategies for promotions, and supporting key sales and promotion activities in the territory. Maintain key internal reporting and financial performance including managing AR for responsible territory, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Limited Travel (1 trip per month max)

2 Major shows per year

4 Regional shows/events per year

Compensation: base plus commission (up to 25% of base)
