The Role:
You'll be the Project Manager's trusted presence on site — overseeing the day-to-day supervision of fire door installation and maintenance projects, ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly, and to specification. Typical sites will have between 4-10 subcontract operatives on site at any one time. While the focus is fire doors, you'll also be expected to oversee smaller-scale fire stopping works.

The company uses Onetrace to record compliance data, and occasionally Site Audit Pro, so experience with digital compliance tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating subcontract operatives on live sites

Maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance across all works

*

Carrying out on-site audits and updating compliance systems

*

Supporting the delivery of works in line with programme and client expectations

*

Acting as the key liaison between operatives and the Project Manager

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in fire door joinery with progression into supervisory/site management roles

*

Solid understanding of passive fire compliance (particularly fire door standards)

*

Strong leadership on site, with the ability to manage teams and uphold quality

*

Confident using compliance tracking tools such as Onetrace or Site Audit Pro

*

Based within 1 hour of Fleet, with a full UK driving licence
