Training Business Manager Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on training on manufacturing equipment and software.
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
Assess trainee progress and provide support where needed.
Collaborate with service teams to improve training delivery.
Stay current with industry advancements and contribute to product development.
Skills & Experience Required

Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or SMT PCBA manufacturing.
Experience in training or a strong aptitude for technical instruction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident with IT systems and creating training content.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
