What we're looking for in a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

Proven experience in a UK primary school, ideally across KS1 and KS2

Confident in leading learning and managing classroom behaviour

Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting pupils and teachers

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
